At IQ Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at 1800 309 8199 and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you purchased our product from a third-party retailer, such as Amazon or Flipkart, you must follow their refund and returns policy. We are unable to process returns or refunds for products purchased through a third-party retailer.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
